Alex has over 40 years experience in the workforce and has worked in a variety of workplace settings, including the government and private sectors.

Helen has over 35 years experience as a psychologist and began her career in Darwin. 

In 1991 she moved to Perth and worked in various workplace settings, including HMAS STIRLING.

Helen has over 16 years of experience and in the past 15 years she has worked with individuals and groups across a range of different settings in WA and NSW.

Jess has previously worked in youth and adult non-government organisations and continues to work within health departments.

She has experience working with a broad range of psychological presentations. 

Sarah has over 25 years experience working with children, adolescents, parents and families and provides assessment and therapy for a range of emotional health difficulties including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, anger, postnatal stress and depression.
