Angela Mitsopoulos provides couples therapy, she draws on Terry Real's Relational Life Therapy and the Gottman Method to help partners rebuild connection, develop healthier patterns of relating, or navigate respectful separation where needed.

We have Telehealth and Telephone options available. 

The fee is $260 and payable on the day of the consultation, over the phone or by bank transfer. Your Medicare rebate, if you have a MHTP in place, is $145.25.

Alex Hof provides Workplace Workshops on topics including stress management, change in the workplace, peer support, and general information sessions on topics such as depression and anxiety.
