Helen Correia

Helen completed her studies at Murdoch University - her Bachelor's degree in 1996 and her Masters & PhD in 2003. 

Over the past 15 years she has worked with individuals and groups across a range of different settings in WA and NSW, including health departments, community Mental Health, university settings, private practice and consultancies in workplace Mental Health.

Helen has particular interest in the areas of anxiety, stress, depressions, trauma, physical health conditions, loss and bereavement, and relationships (including with carers) especially using compassion based approaches. She has also had extensive involvement the development of Mental health programs and psychological interventions.
